1. Delivery & Shipping Regulations

We process and dispatch unstitched physical clothing suites across all major regions in Pakistan.

  • Local Shipping (Pakistan): Standard transit duration takes 3 to 5 business days from order verification. Domestic deliveries are charged at a flat rate of PKR 200, which is fully waved for orders exceeding PKR 5,000.
  • International Shipping: Delivery duration standard is 7 to 10 business days. Customer is responsible for any import customs or taxes at destination country.

2. Order Cancellations

Customers can request order cancellation within 24 hours of placement with no penalty fees or deductions.

To cancel your order, strictly send a support email to support@libaaso.pk or call us directly at +92 337 692 5393 with your designated Order ID. If the order has already entered dispatch dispatch transit, local shipping logistics fees may not be refundable.

3. Returns & Exchange Eligibility

We permit returns and size exchanges within 7 days of delivery receipt. To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The fabric items must remain brand new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with original Libaaso labels/brand tags fully intact.
  • Promotional clearance or specific discounted “Sale” inventory cannot be returned or exchanged unless a genuine factory defect is proved.
  • The customer must return the item in its custom packaging box or secure safety wraps.

4. Mandatory Refund Turnaround Timelines

We strive to process your returns swiftly once they reach our central warehouse in Lahore. The following turnaround times apply unconditionally:

  • Card Payments (Visa/Mastercard processed via Safepay): Once our QC warehouse approves the returned package, credit or debit refunds take 7 to 14 banking days to appear on your bank statement. This latency is governed strictly by the issuing bank’s settlements structure.
  • Bank Transfers / EasyPaisa / JazzCash Refunds: Bank settlements for returns are completed in 3 to 5 business days after QC approval.
  • Store Cash Credits: Distributed instantly as digital gift cards or promo coupons usable immediately on our portal.

5. How to Initiate a Return Case

Please email our complaints and returns department at support@libaaso.pk. Please state your Order ID, attaching raw photos of the unstitched fabric, and details explaining the return/exchange reason. Our support desk will update and guide you within 24 hours.
